Specialists for the maritime sector
Within ‘Maritime’ we know multiple disciplines. Think of marine electrical engineering, hull construction, climate technology and especially the often complex carpentry work. We therefore work with furniture makers, marine electrical fitters, plumbers/welders, hull builders, pipe fitters, air handling & climate technology technicians, among others. Our skilled professionals are true craftsmen. They often have a preference for this maritime sector and don’t hesitate to take on a project of 1 or even 2 years.

In the maritime sector, planning is crucial. Shipyards work with tight schedules and delays cost a lot of money. At Flexurity we understand that. That’s why we ensure a streamlined process, so that our skilled professionals stand at the shipyard exactly on time and fully prepared.
1 Inventory and selection
We start with a thorough inventory of your project. Which disciplines do you need? Which certifications are required? Are there specific shipyard times or classification requirements? Based on this, we select the right skilled professionals.
2 Preparation and certification
Our skilled professionals come to the shipyard with the right certifications and documents. Where necessary, we arrange additional training or safety instructions in advance. They speak English and are used to working methods at international shipyards.
3 Guidance at the shipyard
During the project we remain closely involved. Your contact person at Flexurity keeps a finger on the pulse and is directly available for coordination. This allows us to quickly scale up or adjust if the project requires it.
