1 Intake and assessment
We start with a personal conversation to understand your situation well. Which positions are you looking for? Which certifications are required? Are there brand specific requirements? Based on this, we select the right skilled professionals from our network.
2 Preparation and deployment
Our mechanics and technicians arrive at your location fully prepared. Where necessary, we train them in advance in our own training center. They have the right certifications and the right tools, so they can be immediately productive.
3 Guidance and evaluation
During deployment we maintain close contact with you and our skilled professionals. Your dedicated contact person at Flexurity is always available and visits regularly. This way we ensure that the collaboration runs smoothly and we can quickly adjust when necessary.
