1 Plan of approach
We always start with a personal conversation to properly map out your project. How many people do you need? Which specific skills and certifications are required? Based on this we create a plan of approach, so we can select and prepare the right skilled professionals.
2 Startup on location
Our people arrive fully prepared for your project. Where necessary we train them in advance in our own training center in Hoevelaken. They have the right certifications, the right tools and are instructed on the working methods at your location. This way they can get started immediately.
3 Project guidance
Throughout the entire project we maintain close contact with both you and our skilled professionals. Your permanent contact person at Flexurity visits the location regularly and is always reachable by phone. This way we can respond quickly when the situation requires it.

For larger projects or very specific functions we prefer to plan an intake in advance, so we can search specifically and prepare our people well.
Yes, Flexurity has a completely independent back office. We handle the complete administrative process ourselves: from contracts and payroll to maintaining certifications and vacation days. You don’t need to worry about that.
In practice, very little. You approve the worked hours through our digital time registration system, and we handle the rest. Think of invoicing, payroll and all administrative matters surrounding the deployment of our skilled professionals. This way you can focus completely on your project.
All skilled professionals who work through Flexurity are fully insured. We ensure liability insurance and naturally all our employees are insured in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. So you run no risk.
