The best part of my job

What I enjoy most about my work is that no day is the same. I have a lot of contact with people and get energy from making the right match between candidate and client. It’s wonderful to see that you can really make a difference for both parties.

What makes working at Flexurity special?

For me, it’s mainly the atmosphere. It’s personal, involved, and refreshingly direct here. You work with colleagues who really go for something together.

Where do you think the company’s strength lies?

For me, Flexurity’s strength lies in the combination of personal contact, people skills, and the ability to switch gears quickly. We really look at people and not just at a CV. That’s exactly what makes the difference.

When I’m not working…

I like to follow football and Formula 1. I also try to go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and on Saturdays I play football in a friends team at Rood-Wit 58.
