What I enjoy most about my work

The combination of people, collaboration and impact. As founder and general manager, I work daily with a committed team that makes a difference together. That gives energy. Furthermore, I get a lot of satisfaction from taking care of our clients by getting the right personnel in the right place.

What makes working at Flexurity special?

From the start, we invest heavily in our people. That pays off! I find it wonderful to see colleagues grow, both as professionals and as people. Contributing to that makes my work extra valuable. In addition, our clients can always count on quality. As a capacity partner, we ensure that our people start their work optimally prepared.

Where do you think the company’s strength lies?

The strength of Flexurity lies in the combination of people, collaboration and commitment. With a close-knit and driven team, we ensure every day that the right personnel end up in the right place. That focus on quality and the right match means we can really take care of our clients.

When I’m not working…

I like to seek relaxation and the outdoors. I’m regularly on the golf course and enjoy being active in nature. I also like being outside with the dogs and I go out hunting too. I enjoy making beautiful trips, together with my wife and family, and visiting friends at home and abroad. I’m happy to invest time and energy in that.

And of course I’m proud of our beautiful company. In 20 years we have made a wonderful journey. That motivates us to continue building the future together.
